RACISM POLICY

Here at Asher University (AU), The President, board of trustees, the faculty, administration, and staff.  Recognizes that there is racism in our country.  We acknowledge that students, and employees of Asher University, particularly those that are of Mexican descent, indigenous, Asian descent, and People of Color, have been experiencing things such as, Name calling beat, silencing, erasure, bullying, cast out of society, tokenism, and other damaging things.  We have recognize that we as a people have not confronted this as a whole.  We here at Asher University condemns, and reject racism in all forms.  We as a people have seen enough injustice and inequity in this world.

Knowing that words are a powerful thing when coupled with just a little action, we will be open to all suggestions, that would make all of us here at AU accountable.  We can listen and learn from each other and work to stop racist people.

We are commit to bring people together all constituents to create and implement an anti-racism, action plan together, with goals and objectives.
